When a client entrusts me with a file, I need to listen to them to know as closely as possible the way in which they work, what their habits are, their professional context, and their needs, to respond to their problem as closely as possible. its needs.

I will carry out an audit of the situation for him, and I will detail the different possible possibilities to meet his needs, while drawing his attention to the consequences of each possibility, indicating which one I would favor, clearly giving him the reasons.

Empathy

Empathy allows me to understand the underlying reasons for a client's decision, through the presentation of the issues and emotions, to better understand their personality, and to adapt my advice to their personality, and/or to its management style.

She creates special links with my clients, and encourages me to “fight tooth and nail” to achieve the set objective.

Transparency

Financial transparency seems essential to me; I address this point as soon as the file is opened, by agreeing with the client the terms of the fee agreement that we will sign for the file.

Loyalty

Before opening any file, I ensure that I have no conflict of interest that would prevent me from processing this file, while respecting my professional ethics.

I attach great importance to it, considering that it is one of the essential values for mutual trust to exist with my client.

The availability

Upon receipt of a request for advice, by telephone, or by email, I endeavor to indicate to the client during the day when I will be able to answer their question, and as far as possible to ask them for the necessary documents. to answer.

When the question does not require special research, I respond within 48 hours.

I systematically answer all telephone calls, and in the event of absence or appointment, I systematically call back quickly upon returning from my absence at the end of my meeting.
